We work with you to determine the scope and timeframe of your project. Then develop a mutually agreed upon contract outlining your disaster planning program which may include:
- A 10-25 page plan based on a situation analysis
- Consultation to assess and evaluate your needs. We take a whole systems approach to planning.
- One 1-2 hour training class per shift, if neccessary
- Upon completion of a case, an After Action Report (AAR), a lessons learned document, and a best practices document for your internal use.
Our fees are by the hour or flat project fee.
